Sometimes it Helps to Lose Focus; Distract Yourself from Junk Food
If your scratching your head, just bear with me for a moment. Diets are hard, cutting out junk foods, fats, and excess sugars can be extremely difficult. Keeping distractions such as computers, games, excercising, maybe a habit or two, can really help to distract yourself from all those tasty treats. Soon enough candy, ice cream, and chocolate cake won't even phase you! Good luck!
