I am going to start this segment of health tips. Some might be strange, others you might have even heard of! So heres the first:

Calcium is absolutely necessary to any aging person's diet. Be sure to incorporate milks, yogurts, cheeses, and even ice-creams! These foods are loaded with calcium, and taking a calcium pill or two can't hurt. Strong bones help support good posture, preventing bone disease and back promblems.
